How to Raise a Complaint

A tree removal provider working on a large backyard tree near a stucco ranch home in Long Beach

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Triesplayer Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics We Can Look Into

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Triesplayer Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If there is a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Triesplayer Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@triesplayer.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
